As Chief Technology Officer, Steve brings more than 20 years of experience to guide CentralSquare’s technology strategy. Steve helps ensure customer success by driving product and customer value through an agile development methodology.
Before joining CentralSquare, Steve served as the VP of Human Capital Management (HCM) Engineering at UKG, leading a 1,200-person engineering organization. In that role, Steve improved time to value 30% by streamlining engineering team workflows.
Prior to UKG, Steve was the Executive VP & Principal Consultant at LeadingAgile, where he led large-scale agile development engagements for enterprise clients. Steve received a Master of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Furman University. He holds seven U.S. patents related to mobile data, network configuration and digital images.
