Denise Hemke Joins CentralSquare Technologies as Chief Product Officer

Seasoned product and platform executive brings deep expertise in AI, analytics, and enterprise software innovation to accelerate the future of public sector technology 

Lake Mary, FL (April 20, 2026) – CentralSquare Technologies, the leading provider of public sector software, today announced the appointment of Denise Hemke as Chief Product Officer. Hemke will lead the company’s product organization, driving continued innovation and shaping the future of CentralSquare’s Public Safety and Public Administration solutions. 

Hemke brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise software, analytics, AI, and platform organizations. She has built and scaled products from early-stage concepts to hundreds of millions in ARR and is known for transforming how teams develop products through rapid prototyping, AI-assisted tools, and low- and no-code approaches. Most recently, Hemke served as Chief Product Officer at NEOGOV, where she led product strategy and roadmap development across a 20+ commercial product portfolio spanning Human Capital Management and Public Safety solutions. During her time there, she launched five new products, introduced AI-powered capabilities, and drove strong portfolio growth.  

Prior to NEOGOV, Hemke served as Chief Product Officer at Checkr, where she led cross-functional teams across product, design, and program management while helping drive customer growth and new product adoption. She also spent several years at Workday, where she led the Analytics business unit, launched multiple products from 0 to 1, and helped grow analytics into a nine-figure business over five years. Earlier in her career, Hemke held leadership roles at Platfora, Salesforce, HSBC, and AT&T.
