In his role as CEO of CentralSquare, David Zolet brings 30-plus years of work in the government technology space and a lifelong focus on empowering public servants through innovation. David’s passion for supporting first responders and government employees serves as a driving force for guiding CentralSquare’s mission, vision and strategy.
David joined CentralSquare from LMI, a management consulting firm with a 55-year history of serving the federal government, where he served as president and CEO. Prior to joining LMI, David led the North American Public Sector unit of DXC Technology (formerly CSC), which offered solutions and services to support the missions of federal, state and local government agencies.
A senior executive with vast corporate experience in general management, business development, engineering, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and customer and government relations, David has a strong record of achievement in business development and operational management. This varied experience includes delivering strong financial results in startups, turnarounds and high-growth business and building and directing successful teams.
David joined DXC Technology from IBM, where he was vice president of systems integration. Previously, he spent more than 20 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation, including as vice president of its then newly created corporate business development organization, with responsibilities for market planning and shaping, as well as opportunity management activities related to enterprise-wide goals. In addition, he held notable positions within Northrup Grumman Information Technology, including president of the Commercial, State and Local group; president of the Defense group; and vice president of homeland security.
David earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, as well as an MS in electrical engineering and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
