– Guest chef Amanda Escamilla of Tex Mex Eats will prepare a fresh salsa from seasonal produce.

 

– TAZA Chocolate and Wolf Meadow Farm will showcase a chocolate-ricotta mousse for your pleasure.

The market runs through April, but Saturday is your last chance to buy apples from Apex Orchards, or produce from Red Fire Farm. They’ve sold through their inventories!

 

Joining our fabulous line-up of continuing vegetable, fish, meat, nut, bakery, butter, cheese, mushroom, dips, pasta, honey, and cheesecake vendors is: Soluna Garden Farm  with herb and tea blends.
