Join the Postmaster of Cambridge for a special community celebration to honor the memory of Sgt. Merriman. The Central Square Post Office was designated “The Clifton Merriman Post Office Building” to honor Sgt. Merriman in 1992. A new exhibit celebrating Sgt. Merriman’s life will be dedicated as part of this program

* Musical performances from students of the Martin Luther King, Jr. School
* Greetings from Cambridge City Councilor Kenneth Reeves, and Reverend Dr. Grainger Browning, Jr., grandson of Sgt. Clifton Merriman.
